Kirsten was so helpful!! My wife and I were looking for some plants that would work in a shady area and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We also had our three kids with us, and she was so sweet and patient with them, which we really appreciated. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Weโ€™re going to measure our space, and will definitely be back on Tuesday to make our purchase. Thanks again for making the whole experience so enjoyableโ€”weโ€™re looking forward to coming back!

I had a very unpleasant visit to the Hebron location this past Mother's day with Kirsten. I went to take advantage of the 30% discount and chose a Rose of Sharon Topiary which I carried myself to the register because there was no one to help. I was told by Kirsten that only the Proven Winners were on sale and not the Monrovia which I had chosen. I explained that the email I received did not say that but she would not give me the discount. I went home and printed up the email and returned the next day to show her and she did not even apologize. She merely said pick another plant and she will give me her "employee discount". Her manner was dismissive and a bit aggressive making it a very unpleasant experience. I shop at this location all the time and have ALWAYS received the best customer service. The employees are so helpful. If I decide to return to this location I hope never to come across Kristin again.

My husband and I walked into Hebron Calloways and told a sales person we needed help picking out shrubs. That person turned out to be Layne Riley. She said โ€œWell, Iโ€™m your gal!โ€ and she definitely was. She proceeded to show us all of the shrubs. Layne is a wealth of knowledge. She not only helped us pick out the shrubs for our flowerbeds, but also the perennial flowers that would be planted in front of them. She asked what were our favorite flowers and made suggestions. The whole process was fun and easy, but she also educated us is what would be best for our space. Layne was such a joy to work with and I couldnโ€™t recommend her more. The crew planted all of our shrubs and flowers this morning and it looks so beautiful!! We couldnโ€™t be more pleased. I have also purchased indoor plants from Hebron Gardens in the past and I highly recommend them for all of your garden needs.

My experience with Calloway's on Hebron was beyond excellent. I had a landscaping project for my home, and I worked with Layne Riley who helped me immensely! She was the best and helped me pick plants and flowers specific to what I wanted and perfect for the sun exposure and other elements of my yard. Her knowledge on plants, flowers, shrubs is impressive. She even recommended a perennial not liked by bunnies, when I complained about bunnies eating my flowers in the past. She helped me design my entire flower bed, and the install team came out and did a wonderful job as well. I cannot be more pleased, and I'd highly recommend Layne to work with at Calloways-Hebron.

Their selection is truly impressive, featuring a huge variety of annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, roses, and herbs. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, you'll find everything you need here. What really stood out to me was the exceptional assistance I received from Layne Riley, the Nursery Department Manager. She helped me pick the perfect plants for my flower bed and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of all the different plant varieties and their tolerance to the Texas heat. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable and informative.
